Visa application
All Foreign delegates should ensure that they are in possession of valid Chinese Visa before they start their journey to China except nationals of Singapore, Brunei, and Japan who do not require visa to enter China. Participants can apply for a visa at the Chinese embassy or consulate in the region in which they live. To avoid uncertainty, participants will be advised to apply for a visa as early as possible.

Date of application: not later than 2 months before the start​ of the conference.

​Below is the process to help Healthy Buildings 2019 Asia delegates with visa requirements. It will enable you to receive an invitation letter as well as documents to be submitted for your visa application. It takes around one month for the Embassy to process the VISA application, please register as early as you can to make sure you have enough time. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied.

Accompanying persons not attending the conference have to apply for e-Tourist visas. In countries where e-Tourist visa is not available, ​accompanying persons may apply for a tourist visa.
